Comments: Stopped by couple of times fall of 2022 didn't see a phone number on the door. Sorry I missed the locomotive. Delighted it is happening, down right exciting! Can't wait to hear it hissing in it's stall. Then later, high balling thru Talkeetna. Most of all yall have Fun!
Don't forget: (From the tee shirt of a railfan on SR Steam Specials always rode the Knoxville-Asheville excursions 1970s') Front: Steam is Clean, Back: Coal Smoke is Good for You.

Comments: While visiting my mother and two sisters in August of 2017 we visited the #557 restoration site. I am a 40 year railroader for the BNSF Railway Company and was excited to see this great undertaking in progress. I don't know much about steam engines but the passion, determination, and enthusiasm you all have for restoring a historical piece of history is truly inspiring. The attention to detail and workmanship was easy to see. I hope I can visit again to see the progress and maybe even ride the #557 once in service. Thanks for allowing us to witness a wonderful and exciting part of Alaska's history.

Comments: Was on an Alaskan cruise last year and finally saw where you are located in Wasilla, Alaska. Unfortunately, never was able to see the project first hand. Are the cruse lines/ tour bus operators aware of your project?
