"Here are some tank cars I modeled. The first one is TILX 260475, one of the prototypes that actually had the Williams logo on it. I started with an undecorated Walthers funnel flow tank, assembled it then painted it Scalecoat II loco black. I applied decals I bought from Ron Sheets and clear coated it.

"This model is the same thing as the Williams car, but I had some ITLX decals I bought from Randy Thompson some time ago. I finally got around to using them. They are great decals!! I have about six more tanks to decal, they will all be modeled after prototypes found on the ARR."
