In modeling the ARR 1553 I found I needed to get the Atlas #9901 MP-15DC undecorated locomotive. It has most of the detail parts needed to custom build this unique engine. I needed only a few parts such as rails for the front of the loco, ditch lights, air horn from Overland, and a beacon. Paints consisted of Scalecoat II D&H Yellow and C&O Blue. Decals were custom made for project, EMD Engine Data.
