Crown Point has two spurs. The propane spur is on the north end and the Phillips Spur is just south of the south siding switch. Phillips gets flammable chemicals for the refinery in Nikiski. It is piped from the tank car that gets spotted in Crown Point to the refinery. I do not remember what exactly the chemical is, but I think they use it for some kind of pipeline lubricant - James Ogden.
