About ten years ago I reached out to a few museums and scenic railroads that had RSD-1 locomotives for then current photos or perhaps any drawings. James Atwater, Assistant Curator with the US Army Transportation Museum in Fort Eustis, Virginia sent me these images of 1034 when it arrived after its time in the Museum of Pennsylvania. If I remember right 2011 was the year noted with these images. I did have a couple images of 1034 after it was cosmetically restored to its original Army livery and number 8011.

Mr. Atwater stated over the phone call we did have that he had no problem with sending these images to you for the website. As it has been a long time since we had any interaction I don't know if he is still with the museum or not.
