Talgo-LRC, LLC was formerly known as Livingston Rebuild Center, Inc. (LRC). LRC began operations in 1988 in Livingston, Montana as a locomotive and rail car rebuilder. In June 2000, Talgo America and LRC formed a new company, Talgo-LRC, LLC. The following is a listing of the rebuilds Talgo-LRC has recently done for the Alaska Railroad: Locomotives: 2002, 3009, 3010 & 3011 -- Basic overhaul and painted with new paint scheme. On the 3000 series updated HEP. Baggage Cars: ARR 100, 101, 110 & 111 -- Upgraded with HEP and wired for HEP, control panels, painted interiors, and some exterior paint. Passenger Cars: ARR 200, 201, 202, 203, 204 -- Refurbished interior and exterior, reupholstered, and new paint scheme on exterior.
