Note: Although almost all the markings have been
obliterated by age and the elements, I believe this is a 60-foot double door
car built by ACF in 1964-65 as GTW series 375060-375324. These cars have an
inside height of 10'9", length of 60'9", capacity of 6040 cu. ft.,
cushioned underframe, and a 16'1"-wide door opening with double sliding
doors. They were regularly used in automobile parts service. Barely visible
below the large GT logo are white railroad tracks and the slogan “the
Good Track road”.
