Construction of an expanded passenger depot began in the fall of 2003 and was completed in time for the summer 2004 season. The new facility featured better bus staging and improved loading and unloading areas for passengers. Now that the railroad handled four different tour companies (ARRC, Holland America, Princess and Royal Celebrity) this expansion provided much needed access space.
