Portage Pickup In a scene reminiscent of the days of the Whittier Shuttle, 3008 and 3009 and short string of flat cars are about to spot at the Shuttle Ramp to offload several trucks, trailers and a bus that are part of Chugach Adventures, the raft guides who take you to float around Spencer Glacier and down the Placer River. This is about as close to seeing what the Whittier Shuttle looked like in the last days of service, too bad there wasn't a coach in the mix. 09/08/2020 |
