Optical Illusion

The eye plays tricks on you in this view from the engineer's seat of Alaska Railroad SD70MAC 4003 in the Anchorage yard. The mirror reflects the three trailing geeps and a long string of tank cars in adjacent track 1 while that same string blends evenly into the reflected view directly out the engineer's open side window....

I don't know, but something about this shot I've just always liked. I hope you do too.
