Doing my best Art Chase impersonation, here is a shot of a 192S rolling through University in November 2018, and while not nearly as cold as Art's recent photos it was still a very cold minus 29 and when the train ripped by at track speed I felt every degree of it. It is 1048 and the sky is just starting to lighten for the day.
