The new Vegetation Control Vehicle, "weed burner", as it comes off the barge in Whittier on 9/13/01.

It is basically a Hy-rail truck with arms capable of reaching 20 feet either side of the track.
Update: The "weed burner" program only lasted three years. This later became the Tundra truck.
