Coming home from Seward on Saturday, I saw these to cars sitting in the Portage yard all by themselves. Having not seen these before of course my car turned immediately into the yard and out came the camera. 6/7/20

From ARRC sources - ARR 97706 is the Continuous Welded Rail's welding plant. One employee referred to it as the "coho duck hunting blinds".
