Curt Rudd recently caught an old Maintenance of Way (MOW) hopper at Rudd Spur. "The hopper was constructed from an old Alaska Hydro Train flat used at one time as auto carriers. ARCX Alaska Rail Express. The graffiti on the hopper, other than the skeleton, the northern lights high ball was once you got a green signal you were leaving yard limits and go track speed. You see they finally upgraded the rail on Rudd Spur. ;-)" September 2023
