There were washouts just north of Talkeetna and I was the Engineer on the first passenger train south. Going through the Canyon just north of the Denali Park Depot, I came upon this boulder blocking my train. It doesn’t look that big, but it probably weighed around 1000 pounds." August 21, 2006
