Whittier. After the first train and barge departed the CN barge tied
up.
Motive power for the second train came down tied up to the Whittier

Here are a couple photos of the 2002 with a Whittier bound freight. Of interest is the shot going over the recently completed Northern Lights Blvd overpass, note the second track on the bridge.
