U.S. Air Force locomotive up at Eielson, 9/9/21

A MOW contractor operates it to switch out coal cars at Eielson power plant. His name is Jeff Casey and used to work at the ARRC until he & Rod Harvey started the contracting company R& S- Brian Schwulst

Jeff worked at The power plant for years after he was a MOW Foreman for the ARRC. He also worked for, then bought out a separate MOW contractor company owned by Rod and Sue Harvey (R&S Railworks) while he worked at Eielson. - Brett Brown
