No. 21 is a Baldwin 4-6-0 built in 1906 (builder's numer 30606). It is ex-AEC 21, exx-Climax Manufacturing Co. 20, exxx-Simpson Timber Co. 7, nee-Peninsular Rwy. Co. 1. It was acquired in 1917, retired in 1924 and scrapped in 1930.
