Rummaging through some slides I came across this image of ARR 702. The picture was taken in July or August of 2000. This was taken in the yard that supported the now closed barge loading dock in West Seattle.
 
Since the Budd's had been in service for some time and were in service for some time to come I can only assume that 702 had been in the lower 48 for maintenance. In this picture it's seen waiting to go north again.
 
It's cool and cloudy here – typical holiday weather on the left coast.
