Locomotive engineer Frank Dewey is at the controls of leased EMD SD70M #7002 as it loads a gravel train at CPP in Palmer. Frank says the photo was taken around 7:00 pm and that when the train reaches the roadway, it has only 20 hoppers left to load. He even remembers seeing the photographer standing there taking this photo.
