EMD Leasing 820 is a GP38-2 unit, built in August 1972 as Penn Central 8020, inherited by Conrail in April 1976, returned to EMD upon expiration of their lease, and since leased out all over the country.  Photo taken 1987-88 (summer) beside the Anchorage roundhouse, on the roundhouse lead/fuel track - north end.
