Additional note from Carl Freshour [1/28/05]: "I do not know what part or what he is talking about moving the camp in 1943 and 44. Lots of us worked on putting those Quonaset Huts together and it took quite awhile I remember working several days assembling the Huts. I was there until January 1945 and do not remember any of them being moved. This Reinhartd as I said was out of H & S Company and all they did was office work. They had more and higher stripes than any of the rest of the outfit. A Conductor could only reach the rank of Buck Sergeant 3 stripes. An engineer could only reach the rank of a T-4, 3 stripes. This is the same guy that was in some of the other pictures. What kind of office they did and there were alot of them is beyond me. But I do know who done the work and actual labor of the 714th."
