Roots

In the Beginning:
Long before the Grandview (or even the Florida Fun Train for that matter) was even a twinkle in a rail executive's eye, the cars were being meticulously manufactured and assembled.  The four "sunroom" cars (551-554) were CN9600s and were built in Canada by National Steel Car Co. Ltd.  The four food service cars (351-2, 451-2) were built by Pullman Standard at the Osgood Bradley Plant, Worcester, MA.  All subsequent modifications to these cars have been performed in the US.
