1. All classified ads at John's Alaska Railroad web page are published in good faith without verification. John's Alaska Railroad web page reserves the right to refuse, classify, revise or censor any ads for any reason in its sole discretion. John's Alaska Railroad web page does not guarantee to post all requested ads. If the ad is approved it will be posted within 2 working days, however John's Alaska Railroad web page reserves the right to adjust this time if conditions warrant. The ad will expire approximately four weeks after it is posted.

2. Only the contact person's e-mail address listed may request the removal of an ad. Forward this request to john@alaskarails.org with "Remove Ad Request" in subject line. The body of the email should contain enough information to accurately identify the ad to be removed, including the ad number. John's Alaska Railroad web page makes no warrant that the ad will be removed.

3. This site may include inaccuracies or errors. John's Alaska Railroad web page does not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any ads or messages, nor is any kind of warranty provided, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any third party's rights of any kind.

4. John's Alaska Railroad web page specifically disclaims all and any liability to advertisers and readers of any kind for loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, whether on the part of John's Alaska Railroad web page, or any other person, due to the use of the ads or other information herein. Without any recourse being available whatsoever to any advertisers or readers in this event.

5. All users are advised to check ad and message details carefully before entering into any agreement of any kind and before disclosing personal information. If in doubt, please take legal advice.

6. John's Alaska Railroad web page reserves the right to unsubstantially change ads and messages described therein, as well as this legal disclaimer, at any time. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. John's Alaska Railroad web page makes no warranty that the service will meet the user's requirements, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

7. John's Alaska Railroad web page classified listings are for railroad related items only.

8. Although it is intended for noncommercial use, a limited number of listings (up to three) will be accepted from commercial firms. Listing from commercial firms should be for new products on the market or sale items.

9. John's Alaska Railroad web page will not accept fees for the listing or selling of any item. This is a totally free service.

10. And as always, the sale of any unlicensed ARRC logo merchandise on this site is prohibited.
